We need an English-fluent Mid Level Client Operations & IRS Resolution Coordinator , based in Latin America, available to work remotely. Responsibilities: Own the firm's client tracker and practice-management system: every task assigned, dated, and current; every client record complete. Run the intake and onboarding pipeline: engagement checklists, records collection from clients (prior-year returns, bookkeeping access, source documents), confirming everything needed to deliver the work is in hand before it's promised. Coordinate and follow up across the internal team (preparers, accountants, licensed reviewers), with authority to chase dates and flag slippage early. Maintain document hygiene: client files organized, portal requests current. Provide clear written status: daily updates and a weekly view of what's on track, at risk, or blocked. Call the IRS Practitioner Priority Service (PPS) and ACS on behalf of clients; obtain account data; pull, organize, and summarize transcripts; track authorizations (Forms 2848/8821). Prepare Collection Information Statements (433-F/433-A); support installment agreements and CNC determinations, reviewed and submitted by the licensed team. Run disciplined follow-up on open IRS matters: notice deadlines, hold expirations, promised callbacks, logged and dated.
