These terms are an agreement between you and ironquill.tech ("ironquill", "we", "us") and govern your use of our website and web dashboard, and our optional Telegram bot / Mini App (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ironquill reads a CV you upload, builds a profile from it, ingests remote job listings from third-party boards, and uses AI to score each listing 0–10 against your profile with a short reason. It may also generate a tailored rewrite of your CV for a role you select. Matches are delivered in the web dashboard, with optional daily or weekly digests and optional Telegram alerts. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You sign in by email, or optionally via Telegram. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email (or Telegram) secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload a CV or personal data that is not yours, or that you do not have permission to share.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute job listings or other content from the Service.
• Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt or bypass limits of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

5. Plans, billing & cancellation

• Free plan — includes AI CV matching, 12+ boards, one scan every 72 hours, the top 5 matches per scan, and a weekly digest.
• Pro plan — $11.99/month or $89.99/year, adding unlimited scans, full results with reasons and apply links, a daily digest, deeper matching, and the application tracker.
• Payment — billed via Telegram Stars or our payment provider. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
• Cancellation — you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Changes — we may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Telegram Stars purchases are also subject to Telegram's own terms and refund handling.

7. Job listings & no employment guarantee

Job listings originate from third parties. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, legitimacy, or outcome of any listing. ironquill is a matching and discovery tool — it is not an employer, recruiter, or employment agency, and we do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or employment. Always verify a role with the employer before applying or sharing personal information.

8. AI-generated scores & CV rewrites

Match scores, reasons, and any AI-generated CV rewrites are produced by automated systems and are suggestions only. They may contain errors or omissions and should not be treated as professional, legal, or hiring advice. Always review AI-generated content — including any rewritten CV — before you rely on or submit it. Use your own judgement.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ironquill and protected by applicable laws. You retain all rights to the CV and content you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

10. Third-party services

The Service links to and relies on third parties (Telegram, job boards, payment and AI providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers and liability limits) will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ironquill will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
