JOB DETAILS Base Pay: $17 per hour Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 6AM start time. Must be able to work up to 12 hours and Saturdays as needed. Benefits start day 1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Production Associates help in the manufacturing and production process. This role varies based on the needs of the company and often includes operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols. Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to meet quality standards and specifications Review work orders, prepare materials, and safely operate hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment Assemble components including frames, glass units, hardware, seals, and screens Operate production equipment such as saws, pneumatic tools, and welding machinery Inspect finished products and report defects or quality concerns Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, pac
