Position Summary Seeking a hands-on, energetic, assertive, motivated, and experienced Lead Test Systems Development engineer to join an international test development team. The selected candidate will hold a senior position among a dedicated team of electrical test engineers, as well as perform hands-on electrical development, debugging and optimization in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) test station development. The ideal candidate will have a broad production test and automation background, with a thorough understanding of how to automate testing for a high-volume consumer electronics production environment. Familiarity with common quality assurance practices for qualifying production test stations and methods are a plus. This high visibility role will work closely across functional departments with product design engineering, production engineering, quality engineering and operations during product development, NPI and mass production stages.
