Our client’s Infra Foundations team owns the foundational layer that every other infrastructure team builds on: AWS account provisioning, human IAM access, core networking, the IaC frameworks and workflows, and the automation that provisions and tears down entire stacks and environments. We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to be the team's front line for triage and keep-the-lights-on work, fielding questions from fellow infrastructure teams and handling routine operational requests so the team can stay focused on its roadmap. This is a hands-on individual contributor role well suited to someone who enjoys unblocking others, automating away triage tickets, and keeping foundational systems running smoothly. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for other infrastructure teams, owning the incoming request and ticket queue: answer questions, unblock teams on Infra Foundations tooling and workflows, triage by urgency and impact, resolve routine items directly, and escalate the rest with clear context. Handle routine KTLO activities: human IAM access and role requests (following Security's least-privilege guardrails), AWS quota incre
