ABA Scheduler | Remote Work Schedule US Hours Apply here: About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ABA Scheduler to support Headstart's expanding provider scheduling operations. The role will initially focus on administrative scheduling support, including processing appointment requests and accurately coordinating consultations and assessments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple systems, following established workflows, and managing scheduling requests with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process appointment requests promptly and accurately. Enter and schedule appointments in Aloha according to established workflows. Manage scheduling activities primarily through Salesforce and Aloha . Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment and scheduling information. Identify missing, incomplete, or conflicting information and escalate issues when necessary. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appointments are scheduled correctly. Follow established processes and procedures consistently. As the role develops, support direct family communication via text, including scheduling coordination, appointment confirmations, and updates. Requirements Previous experience in scheduling, administration, healthcare coordination, or customer support preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organized and able to manage multiple appointment requests efficiently. Strong written communication skills. Comfortable working extensively across multiple systems and platforms. Able to follow established processes and workflows consistently. Quick to learn new scheduling platforms and client-specific workflows. Comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA organizations.
