Job Purpose This role reports to the Senior Digital Manager for ABS in Digital Technology Solutions function (DTS), this role will provide day-to-day ownership of the ABS product portfolio and ensuring that technology investment delivers tangible business value. The role is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 40 products and applications used across Audit & Assurance and Business Outsourcing Services (BOS). Working closely with business leadership, end users, vendors and DTS colleagues, the Product Manager will identify pain points, shape priorities, manage demand and ensure product roadmaps align to business objectives. Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day management and governance of the ABS product portfolio. Build strong relationships with Audit and BOS teams to understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related demand, ensuring requests are triaged, prioritised and progressed effectively. Maintain and m
