About the Role The Account Director drives growth across AudioEye 's mid-tier accounts, boosting Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) through upselling, pipeline-building, and collaboration with Customer Success Managers. This quota-carrying role owns quarterly revenue targets via upsells and cross-sells, while ensuring account health and retention. This role will lead growth conversations and quarterly business reviews, manage an expansion pipeline, and close expansion deals, partnering with the Customer Success team to keep clients positioned for success and provide leadership with clear pipeline visibility. How you’ll Contribute: Own expansion revenue targets (upsell and cross-sell) for an assigned set of existing tier 2 customer accounts, hitting or exceeding assigned GRR and NRR goals Manage the expansion pipeline across current and upcoming quarters, ensuring accurate forecasting and documentation in HubSpot/Domo as deals progress to closed won Meet weekly with CSMs to review account health, loss risks, and expansion opportunities, aligning on strategy and prioritization together Lead all expansion conversations with customers — discovery, value-sell, solutioning, competitive de-positioning, pricing, and closing — including delivery of recommendations in proposal meetings and QBRs Partner
