About the opportunity Ironmark is looking for an Account Manager to support our Automotive group . This role sits at the center of the customer relationship and the work we deliver. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinate print and digital marketing campaigns, manage projects from initiation through delivery, and work closely with customers, vendors, sales partners, and internal teams to keep work accurate, on schedule, and moving forward. This is much more than a relationship-management role. You’ll need to understand the details behind the work: specifications, estimates, files, proofs, timelines, production requirements, workflows, and systems. At the same time, you’ll be expected to understand your customers’ businesses well enough to spot opportunities, solve problems, and help grow the relationship. The right person is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
