Account Manager - Europe Remote

Acting as their Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with each of your assigned customers - regularly providing product demos, onboarding calls, educating them on new services, gathering feedback & ensuring their overall event success in order to drive account growth and retention YoY. WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON Manage a pipeline of existing customer business to drive customer retention & growth and achieve Net Revenue Retention & Account Retention Targets Be the first point of contact for our amazing customers when they need help - we work with professional event planners and event marketers working at small to large corporations, associations and event agencies. Be responsible for initial onboarding, strategy conversations and building ongoing relationships with key customers. Drive product adoption and achieve the highest level of customer success through proactive engagement and support. Build long-term relationships with 60+ accounts by conducting regular onboarding calls, training, account-level debriefs, product demos & check-in calls.
