Job Summary As an Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our clients and our laboratory operations. This is not a standard customer support role; we are looking for a commercially-driven, relationship-focused professional who can navigate the complexities of a technical, scientific, and highly regulated B2B environment. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving high retention rates, and identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio.
