The Role Showbie is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts across schools, districts, and trusts. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting customer retention, and identifying opportunities to expand the use of Showbie's products and services. Working closely with Learning Specialists, CX, and reseller partners, you will help customers achieve their goals by ensuring they are getting maximum value from their Showbie investment. Through regular customer meetings, account reviews, and day-to-day engagement, you will build a deep understanding of customer priorities, challenges, and strategic objectives. Using value-based discovery and thoughtful questioning, you will uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and guide conversations beyond product usage towards broader educational and organisational outcomes.
