The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for all financial activities across multiple projects and leads the day-to-day operations of the accounting team. The primary responsibilities for this role focus on overseeing invoicing, analyzing, and reporting project financial status for various projects across our continuously expanding organization. The ideal candidate must have the ability to interact with co-workers and customers at all levels. The Accounting Supervisor must be able to maintain a high-level of accuracy and confidentiality. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance, is remote, and will work PST business hours. Key Supervisory & Strategic Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff; manage workload distribution to ensure all departmental deadlines are met. Review & Approval: Perform first-level review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements prepared by staff to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance. Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement streamlined accounting procedures and internal controls to enhance department efficiency. Compliance Oversight: Ensure the team follows procedures and policies to facilitate effective financial reporting and compliance with Federal WIOA, local, State, and c
