This role offers a unique opportunity to combine legal and governance administration with executive support in one of the world's leading creative transformation companies. What you'll be doing: Supporting company secretarial, legal, and administrative activities across the Netherlands holding companies. Coordinating board meetings, preparing minutes, resolutions, and corporate documentation. Managing statutory records, regulatory filings, and governance processes. Maintaining corporate records, entity management systems, and organisational data. Supporting legal document execution (powers of attorney, and corporate transactions. Assisting with annual filings, compliance activities, and Treasury-related Know Your Customer (KYC) requests. Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions on a range of legal projects.
