Analyze, develop, and refine program administrative operating plans and procedures. Present insights, findings, and recommendations to program and executive leadership. Strong background in administrative operations, documentation, and process analysis. Proven ability to optimize workflows and support secure operational practices. Experience preparing high-quality management plans and customer deliverables. Excellent communication skills, including briefing leadership. Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members.
