In this role you will focus on handling customer questions and complaints. Here’s what you will be doing in a nutshell: Manage customer requests and complaints via workorders in our dashboard. Compile overviews of most occurring complaint types to colleagues, so they can see where action is needed. Manage documentation of insurance claims Sending out smaller packages Keeping track of orders from our warehouse
