The House of Commons’ Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the Administrator, Purchasing position. This recruitment and selection process is restricted to House of Commons employees. As part of the Digital Planning, Reporting and Governance team, you are responsible for the provision of procurement services for a variety of goods and services within Digital Services and Real Property. You will be involved with clarifying requirements with internal clients, researching potential suppliers, preparing and processing purchase orders, preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQ), analyzing bids, and helping select a winning supplier. In addition, you will support Digital Services and Real Property employees with the purchasing of accessory and device requests, as well as the coordination, administration and booking of training registration requests and travel arrangements.
