Spring Education Group is seeking a driven and personable Admissions Coordinator to support top-of-funnel enrollment efforts across our network of Independent K–12 schools. Reporting to the Lead Enrollment Director, this remote position serves as the first point of contact for prospective families, building relationships, guiding them through the admissions journey, and helping connect students with the educational environment that best meets their needs. As a member of our Shared Services enrollment team, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow Admissions Coordinators, campus-based enrollment teams, and marketing stakeholders to achieve enrollment goals and deliver a responsive, high-touch experience from initial inquiry through application. Key Responsibilities: Drive new-student enrollment to meet or exceed established enrollment and conversion KPIs. Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries received through phone, web, email, marketing campaigns, and events. Build relationships with prospective families and convert qualified leads into scheduled campus tours and visits. Conduct thoughtful and consistent follow-up to encourage applications and minimize prospective-family drop-off. Follow up on tour cancellations and no-shows to reengage interested families.
