About The Role This position is vital to the support of the region, leadership, and acts as a partner to many home office departments. The role has many responsibilities that are critical to the advisors’ continued success, including: calling/answering telephone calls and assisting customers, following up on sales leads, performing data entry when orders are completed or changed, directing clients and sales leads to appropriate members of the team. Responsibilities Providing administrative support to a financial advisor. Reviewing accounts and creating reports for financial advisor. Respond to client requests for forms or marketing literature. Assist with processing paperwork and client mailings. Performing other office tasks such as copying, taking messages, distributing mail items, as needed.
