Your role in our mission Develop Event Calendar and Budgets: Create a comprehensive event calendar with clear timelines and budgets. Organize Kick-off Meetings: Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and responsibilities through kick-off meetings. Clarify roles and responsibilities for each event. Oversee Budgeting Processes: Manage detailed budgeting processes involving multiple teams to ensure financial efficiency. Maintain Communication: Provide regular updates and consultations with relevant parties to ensure alignment and input. Manage Event Logistics: Handle contracts, booth logistics, and promotional items, ensuring timely ordering, payment, and shipping.
