AEM and Adobe Target Architect

Primary Role: Responsible for leading the technical design and development of projects, guiding the engineering team, ensuring code quality, and aligning solutions with business goals and technical standards. Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for the development team. Implement A/B Tests in Adobe Target based on the requirements. Education and Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 10+ years of hands-on AEM development experience, with a strong foundation in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Web Server 5+ years of experience leading AEM architecture and delivery teams in client-facing applications. Proven Skills and Abilities : Lead the design and implementation of AEM-based architectures to support digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM solutions with existing systems. Design caching and security strategies (Dispatcher, firewall, CDN) Define strategies to support multi-site and multi-language web applications by fully leveraging the capabilities of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Create and manage A/B and multivariate tests with Audience Segmentation from 6sense using Adobe Target. Leverage A4T to enhance analytics data captured by A/B Tests. Demonstrate experience in integrating with third-party applications ( SalesForce, OneTrust, 6sense, ) and Adobe products (Target, Launch, Analytics and CJA ) with AEM. Experienced in provisioning access using Adobe Admin Console, using Adobe Support as needed and handling production deployments using Adobe Cloud Manager. Deep understanding and experience in working with Adobe Suite of products including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
