Agent / Operator (Automotive Customer & Technical Support)

This role is ideal for someone with experience in automotive aftersales, technical support, customer care, dealership operations, or service advisory functions who enjoys combining technical expertise with excellent customer service. What You'll Do As a Customer & Technical Support Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support across the customer journey. Key Responsibilities Provide support for vehicle-related technical and aftersales enquiries. Handle customer and dealer requests regarding vehicle specifications, configurations, order status, and delivery updates. Support dealers with sales and aftersales topics while coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues. Review and interpret technical documentation, including repair manuals, technical bulletins, service campaigns, and wiring diagrams. Assess technical complaints and determine the appropriate resolution path. Resolve cases independently whenever possible and escalate complex cases to specialist teams when required. Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions within CRM systems. Explain technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the adoption of new technologies and customer service tools.
