Requisition Number: 105507 About the job As an Agentic Workplace Sales Specialist, you will drive Agentic Workplace Transformation by partnering with clients to design autonomous workflows and drive comprehensive AI adoption. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging the technical depth of Insight’s Agentic Factory to move organizations from "AI-Curious" to "AI-Native" through high-value business case development and strategic architecture. You will lead day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members and external customers, leading with empathy while identifying innovative ways to multiply your impact through digital labor and production-grade AI assets. Responsibilities Build relationships with customers as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor, architecting transformation strategies, identifying complex solution use cases, and influencing the long-term governance and AIAM protocols of accounts. Deliver against business outcomes and professional services targets while forecasting and reporting on territory growth and Agentic Maturity progression. Lead the discovery, ROI modeling, and development of new Agentic Workplace opportunities, creating vision steeped in real possibility through the Mutual Evaluation Plan (MEP) process. Accelerate the effort in delivering Agentic Workplace Transformation as a core part of the role's remit to ensure comprehensive AI adoption and measurable business value across the customer base. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise
