The Role WorldVia runs a travel advisor network. Thousands of independent advisors put their trust in us to help them build and run their businesses on our platform, using our tools, marketing programs, education, and operational support. That means a lot of moving parts: onboarding, transaction processing, advisor support, reporting, CRM workflows, and communications that touch every team in the company. Our team is our biggest asset, and this role exists to find the work that shouldn't be done by a human anymore so the humans can work on the things humans do best. You'll report directly to the CEO, work across every department, and own the full lifecycle: identify the bottleneck, design the solution, deploy it, and measure whether it worked. What You'll Actually Work On These are real projects, not hypotheticals: Process automation: New advisor onboarding — The process from signed agreement to fully-provisioned advisor touches multiple teams and manual handoffs. Streamline it so new advisors are operational faster and our team can focus on helping advisors who need it instead of pushing paperwork. Transaction reporting pipeline: We pull transaction and financial data from legacy systems to update various dashboards and scorecards. There are manual steps in that chain that should be automated, monitored, and self-healing. CRM workflow optimization: HubSpot manages our advisor lifecycle. Build automation that improves lead routing, lifecycle stage transitions, follow-up sequences, and data hygiene without requiring someone to babysit it. Support request triage: Advisor support tickets need faster, smarter routing. Evaluate where AI classification and auto-response can reduce resolution time without sacrificing quality. Operational intelligence: Build automated alerts and dashboards that surface problems before someone has to go looking for them. Replace "someone noticed" with "the system flagged it." Many more, which you'll help us identify. Who Thrives In This Role
