Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently. You are a strong mid-level engineer who enjoys improving how software is built, not just delivering code in isolation. You are curious about AI, practical in how you apply it, and focused on helping teams use it safely and effectively in real engineering workflows. You enjoy collaborating with other engineers, understanding how they work, and sharing approaches that improve productivity, quality, and developer experience. You are happy being hands-on, while growing your ability to influence engineering practices more broadly. You are comfortable working in a regulated environment and understand that enablement must be balanced with appropriate governance and controls.
