The kind of work we do Depending on the project, our AI Engineers get involved in: GenAI backends & agentic systems: Building production-ready AI backends, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows that automate real business processes. LLM integration & optimisation: Working with embeddings, reranking, and prompt engineering. Measuring quality, latency, and cost impact of model changes. Business process automation: Translating complex business problems into AI-driven workflows — orchestrating computations, summarising data, delivering recommendations through conversational interfaces.
