If you're passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models and building the next generation of intelligent applications, we'd love to hear from you! 💡 What will you do? Design, develop and deploy conversational AI applications using leading Generative AI platforms such as Cognigy, Salesforce, Microsoft or Google. Build Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, tool calling and orchestration patterns. Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate innovative AI ideas and accelerate new capabilities. Implement LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP and Machine Learning techniques to improve conversational experiences. Design and implement RAG architectures, embeddings and vector-based information retrieval solutions. Integrate AI applications with APIs, enterprise systems and external tools. Evaluate response quality, reliability, safety and ethical behaviour of AI applications. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Developers to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions. 🛠️ What are we looking for? Proven experience developing Generative AI and Agentic AI applications. Strong Python development skills. Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering. Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar. Solid understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings and vector databases. Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems. Experience evaluating and testing LLM-based applications, ensuring response quality, reliability and safety. Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills. English C1. ⭐ Nice to have Experience developing conversational AI applications. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. Knowledge of data privacy, AI security and responsible AI best practices.
