Who The Client Is : They are an established Australian digital education business in the fashion and creative space, with a strong online audience and multiple revenue streams across digital products, content, and partnerships. They are now focused on their next stage of growth by improving and automating their backend systems, customer journey, and tracking processes. Role Overview : You will build new automated workflows and sharpen the ones already running. Your work is measured in conversion: viewer to follower, follower to email subscriber, subscriber to sale. This is a strategic role, not an administrative one. You will be the person who defines the strategy for the funnel and then builds it. Key Responsibilities: 1.
