AI Native Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist

We are looking for an AI Native GTM Specialist who can independently take ideas from concept to launch. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands modern go-to-market execution, from positioning and landing pages to outreach systems, campaigns, experimentation, and conversion psychology. You should be comfortable moving fast, testing new ideas, and building things yourself using AI, automation, and marketing tools. One day, you might launch a new landing page for a specific market. The next day, set up personalized outbound campaigns to reach thousands of potential customers, test messaging angles, or validate a completely new offer. You will work closely with company management to launch new ideas, validate opportunities, and build scalable GTM systems that generate measurable business impact. What are the responsibilities of an AI Native GTM Specialist? Launch new offers, microsites, landing pages, and experiments fast, often within the same day. Build and manage high-converting landing pages tailored to different industries, countries, and customer segments. Set up and optimize Meta campaigns, outbound outreach flows, email sequences, and lead generation systems. Run mass outbound campaigns with personalized messaging at scale (1000+ contacts daily). Use AI tools daily for content creation, design, automation, personalization, and experimentation. Own the full GTM execution process from idea to launch. Test and research positioning, messaging, pricing angles, and acquisition channels continuously. Understand customer psychology and build multi-touch outreach strategies that significantly improve conversion over time. Analyze campaign and funnel performance and emphasize quickly based on data.
