Role Description As an AI/NLP Engineer at GJR Technologies, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models with a focus on natural language processing to support client projects. You will work on tasks such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization, as well as integrating AI solutions into production software systems. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with consultants and developers to understand requirements, building prototypes, implementing scalable algorithms, and documenting technical approaches and results. You will also contribute to research and experimentation with new NLP methods, tools, and frameworks to improve solution quality and performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Luxembourg. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science with practical experience in Software Development for production-grade systems. Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model design, training, and evaluation on real-world language tasks. Knowledge of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including common architectures and methods for sequence and text processing. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) and experience with ML/NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face). Experience with data processing pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and basic software engineering practices (testing, code review, documentation). Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment tools, and an interest in working closely with consulting teams and clients on-site in Luxembourg.
