Our Values and Leadership Behaviors About the Role ecoATM is investing in AI to transform how the finance, accounting, and operations organization works. The AI Operations Sr. Manager is a hands-on technologist and enabler who designs, builds, and scales AI-native workflows across the business — and teaches the team to use them confidently, starting with Claude Essentials . This person is fluent in Claude and other large language models, comfortable working across data platforms such as Oracle and Snowflake, and financially literate enough to translate accounting, reporting, modeling, and forecasting needs into reliable, well-controlled automation. The role begins in core finance and accounting and expands into operations — including kiosk cash reconciliation, inventory management, and fixed-asset / kiosk-fleet accounting — where high-volume, repeatable work offers substantial automation upside. It is a broad, high-impact role: part builder, part educator, part internal consultant. Success is measured in hours returned, faster cycle
