The AI Output Tester will be responsible for evaluating the clarity and factual precision of automated systems to ensure they meet our rigorous quality benchmarks. About the role As a member of our specialized technical division, you will provide the human insight necessary to verify that machine generated content remains logical and grounded in reality. This is a fully remote position that allows for a high degree of flexibility while requiring a serious commitment to precision. You will work independently from your own professional environment, contributing directly to the refinement of tools used across the firm. What you will do Review generated text for factual errors and inconsistencies in logic and tone. Provide detailed feedback on the clarity and readability of automated responses based on provided guidelines. Compare multiple sets of outputs to identify which variations better represent the firm's professional voice. Document recurring patterns of error and suggest straightforward adjustments to improve accuracy. Ensure all evaluated content adheres to the strict privacy and confidentiality standards of the firm. Submit regular reports through our internal communication channels to track testing progress. Participate in periodic remote check-ins to discuss findings and refine testing criteria. What we are looking for A background in humanities, social sciences, or communications where analytical reading is a focus. Strong command of written English, with a specific focus on grammar, syntax, and professional vocabulary. A disciplined approach to repetitive tasks, maintaining a high level of concentration over extended periods. Basic familiarity with how large language models function and an interest in their practical application. Ability to work independently without constant supervision, meeting deadlines in a remote setting. Clear and concise communication style when documenting technical or linguistic observations.
