AI Product Engineer

What you will do Gather and clarify business requirements directly with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and define success metrics. Translate requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria. Design and drive AI agents through prompting, tool/function calling, orchestration, and evaluation to accelerate prototyping and delivery. Build MVPs end-to-end, including frontend, backend, APIs, and data, and iterate quickly based on feedback. Deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions in production, including CI/CD, observability, and cost/performance optimization. Own the full product lifecycle — from an initial idea to a shipped, reliable solution with measurable business value. Qualifications and experience needed Proven full-stack development experience, e.g. Python/Node.js for backend and React or a similar frontend framework.
