About You You are an AI Product Manager passionate about transforming business challenges into AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable value. You thrive at the intersection of product strategy, customer discovery, and Generative AI, working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to design, validate, and continuously improve AI-driven experiences. You enjoy facilitating workshops, translating complex business needs into clear product requirements, and rapidly prototyping AI solutions using modern AI technologies. You are collaborative, customer-focused, and driven by delivering innovative products that solve real business problems. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. Experience leading AI product discovery and requirements gathering with business stakeholders. Hands-on experience using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) to design AI Agents. Experience deploying and validating AI solutions using Vertex AI Agent Engine. Strong understanding of conversational AI, including intent design, prompt engineering, fallback strategies, and escalation flows. Experience rapidly prototyping AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies. Proven ability to translate business requirements into AI product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience facilitating iterative testing, collecting customer feedback, and continuously improving AI products. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Respond.io, or AI-powered customer service solutions is highly desirable. Advanced English proficiency.
