Job Title Amazon FBA Product Strategy Lead (E-commerce Product Manager) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We’re hiring a senior, highly autonomous Amazon operator to lead product strategy and execution for an existing Amazon store that’s ready for a fresh relaunch. This role blends product management thinking with hands-on Amazon execution—owning the commercial outcomes from selecting the right products through sourcing, launch, and scale. You’ll set the direction and deliver results, with the runway to build a small team as growth accelerates. Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy for Amazon: define category focus, product roadmap, and launch sequencing Source products profitably: supplier discovery, negotiations, landed-cost modeling, and margin targets Own listing creation and optimization: positioning, keyword strategy, conversion improvements, and catalog quality Build operational plans for inventory and fulfillment (FBA primary; FBM/3PL where strategic) Partner with creative/resources as needed (briefing images, A+ content, packaging, and brand assets) Drive performance through metrics: contribution margin, pricing, inventory health, and ad efficiency (as needed) Establish repeatable processes for scaling and prepare to hire/support a small team over time Required Qualifications 6+ years of Amazon FBA experience with demonstrated ownership of product selection, sourcing, and scaling Strong commercial and operational judgment: selecting products, managing suppliers, and planning inventory/fulfillment Ability to manage vendor/wholesaler relationships and negotiate pricing/terms confidently Comfortable operating as a “single-threaded owner” with minimal direction and high accountability Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar);
