What you’ll find here: Digital transformation projects with real impact A wide range of technical roles across modern and legacy technologies (yes, COBOL is still very much alive) Exposure to diverse industries and international environments Continuous growth through our in-house software development training center (HN Training Institute) 💡We are currently looking for experienced professionals to deliver high-quality, stable, and resilient software solutions. 🔍 RESPONSIBILITIES Be part of features journey from idea to production by adding value to all stages of Agile way of working (planning, designing, development, testing, release to production, support etc.) Lead code reviews to improve quality and promote learning opportunities Work closely with the lead developer, technical product owner, and enterprise architect to define the technical solution for new features Create concepts for architectural improvements Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance and stability Stay up to date with new technological trends Share knowledge about your area of expertise, best practices and provide functional support 🛠️REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in Kotlin/Android development, with past projects available to demonstrate this proficiency Tools for dev : Jetpack Compose mandatory -> mastered and not only used Knowledge of mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies (e.g., KMP) Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs Understand complex business and functional requirements and produce technical specifications Experience with Firebase services (Cloud Messaging, Deep Links, Crashlytics, etc.) is a plus. Good understanding of UX/UI concepts for mobile devices Experience with integration of 3rd party SDKs and services (e.g. camera, document scanning, electronic signature) Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g. Firebase, Crashlytics) Experience with Azure DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Familiarity with agile development concepts (SCRUM) Fluent in English 📍 Location & Setup Hybrid model: 2 times/week in the office in Bucharest Only eligible candidates will be contacted for further information and start of the recruitment process.
