The Application Engineer provides pre- and post-sales support to customers. In this role the Application Engineer performs product demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, and application support. The Application Engineer is the key interface between the factory, customer, and sales to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and customer satisfaction.
