You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. 4+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Software Engineering, or similar technical roles. Experience investigating and troubleshooting production incidents across distributed or microservices-based applications. Strong knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript, with the ability to read, debug, and implement small code fixes. Solid experience working with REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and API debugging tools such as Postman. Advanced SQL knowledge, including data validation, JOINs, stored procedures, execution analysis, and production troubleshooting. Experience working with Git, GitFlow, pull requests, merge conflict resolution, and hotfix workflows. Understanding of microservices architectures, asynchronous communication, and message-based integrations. Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RC
