Role and Team Reporting to the Inspection Manager or another designated manager, you will be responsible for resolving vehicle representation differences between buyers and sellers. Responsibilities Inspection Oversight: Oversee the quality and throughput of vehicle inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports. Pipeline Management: Actively manage the WIP (Work-In-Progress) pipeline to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the inspection and arbitration process. Arbitration Resolution: Resolve differences between buyers and sellers arising from representations made on the auction block, including mechanical, cosmetic, or disclosure issues. Hands-on Quality Control: Conduct hands-on vehicle inspections when needed to verify vehicle condition and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Customer Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external customers, providing prompt and courteous service regarding arbitration transactions and disput
