Our corporate philosophy, the Kao Way, guides us in everything we do – acting with integrity, courageously driving innovation, and treating each other with trust and respect The Role: The SAP ERP Application Architect position is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of SAP ERP (and related) systems at Kao. They work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements and develop an SAP architecture that meets those needs. We also offer a hybrid work schedule. What you will do: Review project and design documents for any new implementation/project and enforce EIS standards and guidelines (config and development) to make sure the documentation captures all the business requirements and are uploaded in the appropriate location / site. Will need to guide numerous App Dev team members. Assist project teams with the technical design and architecture for new projects and ensure that platforms and technology used adheres to EIS supported standards. Ensure our SAP landscapes and ecosystem is supportable today, tomorrow, and into the future. Architect should be thinking 3-5 years down the road and help ensure we arrive in an intentional place. Work with Business Relationship Managers to understand business requirements and needs and scope out projects with resource requirements and realistic timelines and budgets.
