Position Overview Woolpert is hiring a Healthcare Designer to join our dynamic Healthcare Architecture Team at our Coral Gables/Fort Lauderdale, FL or Charlotte, NC office. This position reports to an Architecture Team Leader and is responsible for leading healthcare planning and design efforts on projects of moderate to increasing complexity. Qualified candidates will possess strong healthcare planning expertise, technical design capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams. This role serves as a key contributor to healthcare facility planning, clinical workflow analysis, project coordination, technical documentation, and project delivery while supporting client relationships and mentoring less-experienced staff.
