Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Listed as a remote role based in Italy. We're looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to support us in designing and deploying AI-driven solutions that tackle complex real-world challenges. What You’ll Do Design and deploy AI models for complex business problems Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for domain-specific tasks Build and manage data pipelines for model training and inference Develop scalable model deployment strategies in production environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered applications Monitor model performance and optimize for accuracy and efficiency Stay up to date with the latest in AI, LLMs, and model optimization What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems Strong Python skills with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow Experience with transformers and LLMs Familiarity with model optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation) Solid grasp of MLOps and deployment workflows Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bonus Points (Preferred) Master’s degree in AI, ML, or related area Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and multimodal AI Knowledge of embeddings, vector DBs, and semantic search Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG techniques Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure) Industrial domain experience is a plus Show more Show less Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting, General Business, and Engineering Industries Business Consulting and Services, Oil and Gas, and IT Services and IT Consulting
