Summary: We are seeking an IT Asset Management Associate to oversee the administration of IT purchase and inventory systems, ensuring accurate asset tracking throughout their lifecycle. This entry-level role supports our organization’s asset management program by working collaboratively within a team to maintain high standards of inventory security, supplier records, and procurement processes. Responsibilities: Administer IT purchase and inventory management systems effectively. Update and maintain asset databases to track the lifecycle of all assets. Receive and manage inventory while ensuring asset security. Maintain and manage supplier records, service level agreements, and software license information. Assist in developing enterprise-wide IT purchasing standards and procedures. Process new equipment and software requests and monitor procurement and deployment activities. Verify financial data related to assets and monitor changes in inventory. Perform spot checks to ensure process and system quality. Required skills: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 0 to 1 year of experience in asset management, procurement, finance, or a related field.
