Asset Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Latin America - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Analyze asset performance and identify opportunities to improve returns. Monitor financial and operational KPIs across the portfolio. Build and maintain Excel-based analyses and reporting. Partner with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives. Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Review data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions. Ensure accuracy across reports, financial information, and documentation. Take ownership of projects from start to finish while managing competing priorities. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar. 2–5 years of experience in consulting, finance, investments, real estate or analytical roles. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail. Ownership mindset with a proactive attitude. Adaptable and eager to learn.
