The HS MOSL engages formulary decision makers, C-suite healthcare leaders, clinical pharmacists, and broader clinical leaders who influence formulary and access decisions - providing balanced, evidence-based scientific and health economic information that supports informed formulary, access, and clinical pathway decisions while identifying collaborative research opportunities that advance evidence generation. Key Responsibilities: Engage and build peer-level relationships with formulary decision makers, C-suite healthcare leaders, clinical pharmacists, pharmacy directors, and key clinical leaders who influence formulary decisions within IDNs and health systems. Conduct balanced, evidence-based scientific exchange to address data needs, gather insights, and communicate the clinical and economic value of Alnylam's portfolio. In collaboration with the Health System Director (HSD), develop account-specific strategic plans including a detailed assessment of key influencers and decision makers. Collect and share evidence gaps and insights to inform Alnylam's Value, Evidence, and Strategy (VESt) Team and advance meaningful data generation. Engage health system stakeholders in evidence-based scientific and outcomes-focused dialogue, drawing on relevant clinical and health economic data to support awareness of diagnostic and treatment considerations across the disease area at the system level. Identify scientific research collaboration opportunities including real-world evidence generation by leveraging internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Value & Access, VESt). Provide HEOR and outcomes data to support formulary review processes, clinical pathway development, and health system value assessments. Support regional and n
