The role: We are seeking an Associate – Actuary to join Augment Risk .This role offers strong exposure to both the analytical and transactional sides of the business, with a focus on structuring and placing reinsurance programmes and delivering efficient capital outcomes for clients. You will work closely with brokersand clients, supporting deal execution while contributing to portfolio analysis, pricing, and strategic advisory. The role alsoprovidesthe opportunity to support the development of internal models, tools, and the broader technology strategy, while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Support the structuring and placement of reinsurance programmes, focusing onoptimaland efficient capital solutions for clients Analyse client portfolios to inform pricing, structuring, and strategic recommendations Prepare clear, concise, and high-quality analytical materials for client discussions and market engagement Collaborate with brokers, clients, and reinsurers to execute transactions and respond to queriesin a timely manner Provide insights on portfolio performance and support ongoing client advisory work Contribute to the development and enhancement of actuarial models and analytical tools Support the development of the team’s technology and data strategy Manage, mentor, and develop junior analysts, including reviewing work and supporting their technical and profession
