As our Melbourne studio continues to grow, we're seeking expressions of interest from talented Senior Architects who are passionate about design excellence, collaborative leadership and delivering complex, meaningful projects. As an Associate, you'll play a key leadership role within our practice, leading the delivery of complex architectural projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams and building trusted relationships with clients and collaborators. You'll contribute to the continued growth of our Melbourne studio while helping shape projects that create lasting value for our clients and communities. Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, you'll: Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects, or significant workstreams on major projects, from concept through to completion.
