As an Associate Change Management Consultant for our Google Solutions Line, you will lead the design, development, and execution of the training and enablement workstream for client change management projects. We will count on you to translate complex technical and process changes into clear, concise, and engaging learning experiences, ensuring successful adoption of solutions, particularly those involving Enterprise AI and Google's AI toolset. Along the way, you will get to: Lead Training Strategy: Design and manage the end-to-end training and enablement strategy for assigned Change Management projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project timelines.
