Meet the team: The Associate Customer Insights Manager is a key member of Dexcom ’s Global Customer Insights team, supporting the Customer Experience (CX) Voice of the Customer (VoC) program in North America. The team continuously listens across the customer journey, translates feedback into actionable insights, and partners with regional and global stakeholders to improve experiences, strengthen loyalty, and inform business decisions. In this role, you will help operate and scale always-on CX programs for North America products and digital experiences, with a particular focus on Stelo, an OTC glucose biosensor.
