In Fortune Brands Innovation, Inc. we're looking an Associate Design Engineer for our New Innovation Center in Nuevo Leon, you will work with cross functional teams to support product engineering projects within a structured design/development process. Your design work will support our continuous improvement and cost reduction plans to improve the health of our business. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with product engineers to develop design specifications and drawings to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements Support design engineering on assigned projects Support teams in problem solving and failure analysis Support team to ensure robust designs are delivered Actively participate in Design Reviews / DFM / DFA for new products Continuously improving processes, skills, team environment and tools necessary to achieve FBIN product leadership strategy Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required Fully Bilingual Entry-level experience in design engineering (CAD) Experience with 3-D Parametric Solid Modeling (Solid Works is a plus) Collaborative problem solving techniques for geometric dimensioning and tolerances A
